These terms and conditions (Terms) will apply to any contract between us for the sale of products listed on our website (Products). Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you (you) understand them before ordering any products from our site. By placing an order with us you agree to accept these Terms. If you refuse to accept these terms you will not be able to order any Products.
We amend these Terms from time to time (as dated below) so every time you wish to order Products, please check the Terms to ensure you understand those which will apply at that time.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We are Union T Limited (we/us), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 8541207 and with our registered office at Temple House, Temple Square, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP20 2QH. Our main trading address is YUNION T, PO Box 136, Liphook, GU30 9BQ.

The images of Products are for illustration purposes only, although we have made every effort to ensure that the images/ pictures of the Products on the website are as accurate as possible. As you are viewing products on a website, we cannot guarantee that the images will match the Products and there may be variation in the colour and texture of the Products ordered.
Whilst the packaging of the Products may vary from any images shown, all the packaging is biodegradable or recyclable and renewable.
Use of Our Site and Registration
We may update our site for time to time and may change the content at any time so content may be out of date at any given time and we are under no obligation to update it. We do not guarantee that our site or any content on it will be free from errors or omissions.
We will do our utmost to ensure uninterrupted access to the website however please be aware that access may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time. We will not be liable to you for any reason our site is unavailable at any time for any period.
You may only purchase Products from our site if you are 18 or over. If you are under 18 you may only purchase Products with the agreement of and under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
To purchase Products, you have the option to ‘Register’ as a user on the website (and provide a password for future use, when using yuniont.com) or purchase Products as a ‘Guest’. In either case you will be required to submit your name, address and email information.
The contents of our site (including pictures, Product designs, logos, photographs, text written and other materials) are the copyright, trademark or registered trademark of Union T Limited or its suppliers. Except where expressly stated, any use of third party trademarks or products are in no way associated with or linked to us. Any trademarks or products featured on our site are owned by the respective trade mark owner, are incidental and in no way intended to suggest a link to our endorsement by us.
We assume no responsibility for the content of websites linked on our site. Such links should not be interpreted as endorsement by us of those linked websites. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
The copying, modification, distribution, reproduction, or incorporation of part or all of the material available on this website in any form is prohibited without permission.

To help you have a safe and secure shopping experience we use SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer). This protects the data you send us over the internet and is active when you see the padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser. Click on this symbol for more information about SSL.
We use industry standard security software to encrypt all your personal information including name & address, account number and payment information, so that it cannot be read when the information is sent over the Internet.
In the absence of our negligence we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any of your data that you have provided.
How to Order/ Contract Formation
Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process.
After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.
Orders will be accepted at our sole discretion but will usually be accepted if the Product is in stock and your credit/payment card is authorised for the transaction. If we are unable to supply you with a Product we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. You will have the option to withdraw the order or wait for the order to be accepted once we have the stock.
Orders are accepted from the UK and those countries listed in our Delivery Charges table.
We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Products have been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
If any Terms are revised and such changes apply to your order then we will let you know in advance of accepting your order.
Christmas Opening Hours:
The Office will be closed from Christmas Eve, 24th December 2018 to 27th December 2018, and from 31st December 2018 to 2nd January 2019.We will be able to take orders between these dates, however please note these will be processed on 2nd January 2016.
The YUNION T office is open Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays and statutory holidays), from 9:00 – 17:30.
All orders received before 2pm (14:00), will be processed on the same day, any orders after that time period will be processed the following working day.
Orders received on a Friday (after 2pm), Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next working day i.e. the Monday (excluding bank holidays and statutory holidays).
Payment for Products and all applicable delivery charges is in advance. We will charge your debit or credit card before we issue the Dispatch Confirmation.
We accept payment via credit card and debit card payments. We accept the following debit and credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, UK Maestro (online only).

The prices of our Products will be as quoted on our site at the time you submit your order. All prices are in pounds sterling and inclusive of UK VAT at the current applicable rate. If the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of order acceptance we will adjust the VAT you pay. If you live outside of the European Union then it is your responsibility to claim any tax rebates that may apply to your purchase.
The price of the Product does not include delivery charges which will be added in accordance with our Delivery Charges.
If you live outside of the UK then your credit/debit card company will automatically convert the total price for Product and Delivery Charges into your local currency at the time the transaction is completed.
Prices may change from time to time but changes will not affect any order you have already placed. It is possible that Products on the site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of Products you have ordered we will contact you and you will have the option to purchase the Product at the correct price or cancel the order. We will not process the order until we have agreed it with you and if we can’t get in touch with you at the contact details provided then we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you by email.
Delivery and Delivery Charges
Please see Delivery for information on this section. Please note, the Free delivery for orders over 3 T-shirts (garments) promotion is open to UK residents only.
You may cancel a contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to receive the Product during the relevant time period then you can notify us of your decision to cancel the contract and receive a refund.
Your right to cancel a contract starts from the date of the Dispatch Confirmation (when we e-mail you to confirm acceptance of your order), which is when the contract is formed. Your deadline for cancelling the contract is 14 days after the day on which the Product is delivered (or the last of separate Products ordered in one order).
- Example: if we provide you with a Dispatch Confirmation on 1 January and you receive the Product on 10 January you may cancel at any time between 1 January and the end of the day on 24 January.
- Example: if we provide you with a Dispatch Confirmation on 1 January and you receive the first of your separate Products on 10 January and the last separate Product on 15 January you may cancel in respect of any or all of the separate Products at any time between 1 January and the end of the day on 29 January

If you are e-mailing us please include details of your order to help us to identify it. If you send us your cancellation notice by e-mail, then your cancellation is effective from the date you send us the e-mail. For example, you will have given us notice in time as long as you e-mail us before midnight on that day.
If you cancel your contract we will:
- Refund you the price you paid for the Products. However, please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If you remove the Returns Tag that is attached to the Product or do not return them in the original packaging then a 15% re-packaging deduction will be made. See our Returns Policy for full details of what is acceptable. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.
- Refund any delivery costs you have paid, although, as permitted by law, the maximum refund will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer as set out in our Delivery Charges. For example, if you choose to have the Product delivered as Tracked Special Delivery, then we will only refund the amount for Standard Delivery.
- Make any refunds due to you no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the Product back from you. See our Returns Policy for details on how to return Products.
If you have returned the Products to us because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of the Products in full, together with any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. If you used vouchers to pay for the Product we may refund you in vouchers.
If a Product has been delivered to you before you decide to cancel your contract then you must return it to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel the contract. Please see our Returns Policy for how to return Product.
Unless the Product is faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us.

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into the contract.
We only supply the Products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Product for any commercial, business or resale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
We do not in any way exclude or limit our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Breaches of any applicable sale of goods consumer protection laws which cannot be limited or excluded.
Events Outside Our Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by an any act or event beyond our reasonable control ‘Event Outside Our Control’.
If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a contract we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you and our obligations under a contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of Products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.
You may cancel a contract affected by an Event Outside Our Control which has continued for more than 30 days.

We strive to support the UK fashion industry and most of our fabric is sourced in the UK and our Products are manufactured in the UK.
Our packaging is either biodegradable, recyclable or reusable.
