RETURNS

All Products will have a ‘Returns Tag’ attached to the Products. Please ensure that when trying on the Products or when the Products are a gift for someone else that you or that person do not remove the Returns Tag.

Product returned under your right of cancellation or this Returns policy will not be accepted for a refund if the Returns Tag is removed. Product must be returned in perfect condition, unwashed and unworn (save for trying on) and with all the original packaging. Only Product that is deemed as faulty with the Returns Tag removed will be considered acceptable for a refund. Product returned without the Returns Tag or the original packaging will be subject to a 15% repackaging charge that will be deducted from the refund.

Any Product returned without a Returns Tag will be sent back to you at your expense.

If you return Product in accordance with our terms of cancellation within 14 days of delivery then you will be entitled to a full refund. If you return Product after 14 days but before 30 days then you will be offered an exchange of Product or credit for the price of the Product.

We have the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the Products are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

Within 14 days of our receipt of the returned Product, you will receive a refund for the price of the Product when purchased (which may be a sale or offer price) but unless you are cancelling your contract in accordance with our terms of cancellation then your original delivery charges will not be refunded.

If the Product returned is faulty then you will also be refunded the original delivery charge, otherwise you are responsible for all return delivery charges. We cannot accept Product returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the Product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.

International purchasers should note that customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments listed as ‘Rest of the World’ in Delivery Charges.

Product that is replaced due to a fault will be delivered to you free of charge using our standard delivery method.

It may take a while between the refund being made and the payment crediting your account. We will refund you on the original credit or debit card unless you choose a gift receipt.

Please follow the following process for returning Product:

  • Find the Returns Label that was included with your Product and stick the YUNION T address label over the top of the original packaging label.
  • Complete the returns document and give the reason/code for your return.
  • Place the returns document with the Product in the packaging mail bag and use the self- adhesive strip to seal it.
  • Please ensure you get proof/receipt of postage.

We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods so please obtain proof of postage. Your Product remains in your ownership until it is delivered to us and we have processed your refund.
